Hazeldean Plum Lambic.

The Fruit lambic style was created in a bourbon barrel. aged for two years, and then released in bottle after it already reached market in Kegs.

This beauty won a silver at the 2018 SANBT nationals. It created quite an unexpected stir, as the beer improved over time. It was almost mouth puckeringly sour, but it mellowed out with age, to create a highly effervescent lambic style fruit beer with flavours of grapefruit and plums and a dry wooden finish.

This Beer marked the birth of the Hazeldean Brewing Co. Lambic style barrel project. Thus you will see much more of this!
